All orders are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground. Next-Day Air, 2nd-Day Air and 3-Day Select are available upon request at customer's expense. Motor Carrier and LTL freight available at very competitive rates.


RETURN POLICY:

Tambo Pet Products are 100% Guaranteed.

Should you need to make a return or exchange contact our Return Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We cannot accept returns without this number on the package. Return merchandise within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or replacement.  Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and the original carton that it was shipped in or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Customer pays freight back.

DAMAGES:

You must file a Claim Form with carrier. All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will not be responsible beyond 48 hours.
